The customer has the right to exchange within 7 days and return within 3 days from the date the shipment arrives.
1- The product must be in its original condition and must not have been used, and it must be packaged in an excellent and secure manner when returning or exchanging it.
2- The customer bears the shipping costs in case of exchange and return.
Return/exchange fee:
Return and exchange fees vary with shipping companies depending on the agreement with each company.
Steps for exchange or return:
You can submit a replacement or return request via WhatsApp 0502944463 including the following information:
Replacement:
• order number
• Customer name
• Reason for replacement
• Name of the product to be replaced
• Alternative product name
• You will be informed of the reorder procedure and served directly as soon as your order is received and the products are confirmed to be undamaged.
• The customer is responsible for the shipping fees of the product to be exchanged.
Retrieval:
• order number
• Customer name
• Reason for return
• Name of the product to be returned
• (Bank name + IBAN + Account holder name) * The account holder name must match the invoice holder
Please note that the shipping cost will be deducted from the price of the product being returned.
• The refund will be processed to the customer after the returned product arrives at the store and its condition is verified.
The store is not responsible if the customer does not receive the order from the shipping company.
